5 Must Have Crystals in a Women's Circle

We are often asked what are the best stones to have on hand during a sacred women's circle. We are honored to share our top 5 stones for sacred circles and why these stones will support your circle in being the most healing and transformative space possible!

If you are relatively new to crystals, know that crystals are beautiful gifts from the earth that can support your space in feeling safer, more welcoming, more tolerant or more sacred. When leading a sacred women's circle, you of course want all women to feel safe, supported, heart and appreciated.

Crystals can support your sacred space and because of that, we always recommend having crystals present at a circle!

5 Must Have Crystals in a Women's Circle ~

1. Smokey Quartz This beautiful crystal is a must have for any women's circle! Smokey Quartz is a powerful stone for introspection and healing and this stone will also absorb any negativity or heaviness that comes up in a circle. This is a great stone to have in the center of your circle in your altar. Smokey Quartz is also known to support clarity and intention setting.

2. Blue Kyanite Blue Kyanite is especially healing for women who have a difficult time expressing themselves or who feel shame or resistance to speaking within the circle. Most of us as women have experienced difficult speaking our truth and so having Blue Kyanite in your circle space will support women in feeling safe enough to share what is true and authentic for them. If you as a facilitator have a hard time finding your words or speaking clearly, this is a great stone to wear!

3. Amethyst

Known as the stone of transformation, Amethyst is such a lovely stone to have on hand for a circle! Not only is Amethyst incredibly beautiful but it is also one of the greatest stones for healing and balance. Amethyst is also known to support connection to intuition and the womb. This is a great stone to have in the center of your altar if your intention is to support transformation and growth.

4. Black Tourmaline

Black Tourmaline is a beautiful stone that is known to absorb negative energy. Especially during a New Moon circle where there may be a lot of sharing and releasing of heavy experiences, having a stone that will help absorb the tension in the air is helpful for everyone in the circle. Especially if you or the sisters at your circles are empaths, it's really important to understand what tools you as a facilitator can use to avoid people taking on other's emotions and experiences.

5. Rose Quartz

Rose Quartz is a gentle, compassionate and loving stone that will support your circle in feeling accepting and welcoming. Rose Quartz is an amazing stone to have on hand for most situations in life but I especially love having it at the center of the circle. If your circle is focusing on self love, compassion, self care or ritual, Rose Quartz is the perfect stone to cultivate a space of peace and serenity.

Having crystals in your circles is a must! They are such powerful yet simple tools that can completely transform a circle space.

As a facilitator, you can also wear crystals to support specific intentions or to help you avoid taking on other's experiences or sadness. Meadow of MeadowExpressions is my go-to resource for crystal wisdom and sacred necklaces. I wore a black kyanite necklace for years to help me avoid taking on other people's energy.
