During the New Moon time, self care is absolutely key. The New Moon time is when we as women tend to have the lowest amount of energy and have the greatest desire to rest and simply be. Honoring this calling to rest and rejuvenate is vital to your new moon experience every month.
Often when I teach about the importance of self care with the new moon, I'm asked to give examples of what self care could be. It's important to remember that self care looks differently for everyone because we are all different.
I've chosen to share 33 examples of self care to help you tune in and see what your body and spirit needs most with each new moon. Enjoy!
